Wendy Rape is a Granbury, Texas REALTOR® and real estate agent and the Broker/Owner of Magnolia Realty Granbury, with 20 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Hood County. She earned her real estate license in 2006 and her broker's license in 2012. She has sold more than 160 homes in her career and closes 15 to 20 transactions each year. Most of her sales range from $500,000 to $1 million, and her highest sale is $2.4 million. As both a listing agent and buyer's agent, Wendy serves Granbury and all of the surrounding areas, including Lake Granbury waterfront and lake homes, Brazos River properties, Pecan Plantation, DeCordova, Harbor Lakes, Rolling Creek Ranch, Bentwater, Mallard Pointe, Waters Edge, and Summerlin, as well as the nearby communities of Tolar, Acton, Lipan, Stephenville, Weatherford, Glen Rose, and Cleburne. Wendy grew up in Covington, Texas, a small farming community where her father farmed and her mother taught school. Raising cattle, chickens, and horses taught her the work ethic, honesty, and care for neighbors that guide her business today. She is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and she moved to Granbury in 2004. She has served two terms on the Granbury Association of REALTORS® board, has served on many REALTOR® committees, and received a REALTOR® community award for going above and beyond. She is a past president and current board member of the Lake Granbury Area Beautification Council and also supports many other local charities and organizations. Wendy has been married to her husband, Darren, for more than 32 years. Outside of real estate, she loves gardening, especially with native plants, and enjoys hiking, travel, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
